Barre and Body

Don’t be put off by the name. Barre is a hybrid workout incorporating key elements of pilates while fusing ballet and strength training to truly test the muscles. You’ll experience ‘the burn’ and ‘the shake’, but it’s nothing a protein smoothie won’t fix afterwards!
This small but perfectly formed studio is headed up by ex-professional dancer, Elishea Boswell. With the promise to help you strengthen, lengthen, define and inspire, you’ll enjoy a personalised approach in small classes of seven or under. Elishea’s hands-on approach means you’ll get corrections throughout to ensure you get the best out of each workout.
Classes take place from Tuesday to Saturday at the studio, with free parking outside. There’s also YouTube sessions to supplement your developing skillset in case you can’t make it into the studio, with complimentary pre and post-natal classes also available.
