They say Thursday is the new Friday, and you can get a jump-start on your weekend with a visit to BOX. Throughout August, Sundown Sessions will be taking place at the Leeds city centre, Headingley and Sheffield venues, with live music raising the energy and setting the tone for an unforgettable night. Remember to wear your dancing shoes!
It doesn’t stop there either, because there’s live music and DJs every Friday and Saturday too, while Thursday’s Bandeoke sessions will resume from September onwards at the Leeds city centre and Sheffield venues.

Feeling inspired? Visit BOX Leeds city centre or Sheffield and you can book out a private karaoke room and belt out all of your favourite tunes – from epic power ballads to country vibes, there’s a massive catalogue of music to choose from. Or if you love nothing more than working the crowd, the new and improved BOX Bandeoke is back at BOX Leeds city centre and Sheffield from Thursday 11th September 2025 onwards, while karaoke returns to Headingley.

The BOX food menu is packed with delicious bites, and there’s no need to wait until after work either. Visit between 12pm to 4pm Monday to Friday and you can switch out your meal prep for something a little more exciting, tucking into everything from pizza and smash burgers to the protein-packed Gym Box Salad, all for just £8. Add a soft drink for an extra £2, or a wine or pint for £3.50.

Meet at BOX Leeds city centre at 6pm or 5:45pm at BOX Sheffield every Wednesday for a guided 5km, pounding the city streets with like-minded people.
